Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We stand behind our products and expect that you’ll love your new jewelry—but just in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund your item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase. Even on most personalized items! *
Exchanges and returns are easy. You do not need to contact us for a return authorization number or prior approval. If you would like to exchange an item, simply copy your invoice and write the size you'd like to exchange it for. If you would like a refund, please write "Return" on your invoice. Please also include the reason for the return, since your feedback is very important to us. For exchanges, the original packing is not required. For returns, to receive full credit, all original packaging must be returned. Shipping is not refundable. Please allow up to seven days for a refund or exchange. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the jewelry must be in new condition, (unworn except to try on). Any jewelry returned for exchange or refund that shows visible signs of wear will not be accepted.

We recommend sending it USPS First Class Mail, with Delivery Confirmation. (If item is sent without delivery confirmation, we cannot be responsible if item is lost in mail.) Please package your jewelry carefully. (Please do not put unprotected jewelry in a regular envelope with a stamp. The item can get damaged when it goes through the post office machines). Within 7 days of your exchange, we will send you the correct size at no additional shipping fee. After 30 days all sales are final.
Turn around time
We are pleased to ship your order quickly. Most orders are shipped the same day. Even personalized items! Our items are in stock and available, however, if a size is out of stock temporarily, we will email you to notify you of the expected shipment date.

This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
If your order included promotional free shipping based on a minimum purchase, and the amount you return drops the total below the minimum free shipping threshold, we will deduct $4.95 from the credit.
